Cool site www.xphead.blogspot.com,
but i think that some things are fake and
they dont work
example;
in Cmd

C:/net user username new password<===

wont work
and if administrator have password you cant use cmd on admin or guest users

and control userpaswords work only if administrator dont have password

if you want to hack someones computer
its to use hacking programs or just reinstall windows

so thats wher your blog is wrong
